I've been very busy building HaveAByte.com but plan to start blogging, maybe. Haven't decided yet. While this news page may seem stale, the links above are absolutely and completely up to date with all of my activities.

The site has been made live, since even though it is not complete, it is an improvement over the previous content and includes all of it. Given that this took less than a week and is already better than my site over many years of work is a testament to the ease of the Wiki software. My biography/resume page is pretty done. I'm now entirely focused on HaveAByte.com.

Happy Holidays! The wiki is installed and working after much blood, sweat, and tears. Getting it to work on an alternate MySQL port required a little hacking, but in the end wasn't too bad. It's unfortunate the MediaWiki software doesn't support this natively via the initial configuration screen.
I haven't sorted out the layout for the entire site yet and there's various customization tasks to do yet, so this site is not open to the public yet and if you're reading this message, you're reading about the past, so thanks for having an interest in the progress of the site.
